Returns + Exchanges



Can I make a return or exchange?
Bummer! We hoped you’d love your sistine products—but we still love you. All opened / used products are non-refundable. Our masks are non-refundable due to the nature of the product and does not fall within this policy.  Gift cards are also non-refundable. If you experience anything wrong with your item, please email us at info@sistinesistine.com noting your order number in the subject line. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The Sistines Inc is not responsible for delays due to customs. 


Please note that the shipping costs from your initial order, and the shipping costs to return the items, including customs or tariffs, will not be incurred or refunded from The Sistines Inc. All returns will be refunded back to the original method of payment. There is a one-time exchange per order.  If you are unhappy with your order, tell us why! We are all ears, and always like to do better.

When can I expect my refund?
Depending on your bank / credit card, refunds can take up to 5-7 business days to appear on your statement.
